Champion the development of Fecon's manufacturing strategy and manage key transformational activities. Provide engineering expertise & guidance on specifications, acquisition, & installation of equipment. Evaluate current manufacturing and logistical processes to plan future initiatives. Apply project management skills and work closely with facility staff, equipment suppliers & contractors to coordinate projects to completion. Conduct make vs buy study of components and develop future state manufacturing strategy. Define the optimal vertical range of production for all Fecon product offerings. Manufacturing Champion for all New Product Development projects. Manage the development of new production capabilities. Drive manufacturing footprint optimization throughout the Fecon production network. Lead the deployment of automation and new capabilities throughout the operations. Create business cases as required. Develop and facilitate lean training and identify kaizen opportunities.
