As a Regional Marketing Specialist, I supported the implementation of the Regional Marketing Program. The goal of the program is to work with identified SERVPRO franchisee high performers to facilitate the growth of the SERVPRO operating system to its fullest. By identifying high performers I worked closely with my team to align with the right focus on what would funnel advertising and marketing growth within my assigned markets. I helped to identify these individuals (working with our operations partners), work with them to learn what works for them in their region/area, and help to identify potential gaps or areas of needed improvement to take their performance to the next level. I helped to develop focused areas for development within Rural/Suburban/Metro segmented areas within each Region. I was also involved in the development and execution of subregion marketing plans using key regional data, the high-performing operators' would provide input as well as competitive analysis focused on business development and market share conversion.

As an event marketing manager, I brought excitement and experiences to multiple retail locations. Whether it was hosting group runs with sponsored brands, or being at an expo prior to a race. The initiative was always to bring brand awareness and happiness to living a healthy and fit lifestyle.Rapidly, the events that occurred in Road Runner Sports continually grew. Which means growing event teams. This grew the passion for getting customers on the road or trails to discover a new adventures. Still to this day, I am a dedicated athlete that likes to take my physical health to the limits.
