HGTV Canada's "GUT JOB" Season 1 & "STYLED" Season 1-MEDIA MANAGEMENT (Organizing MXF Media, logging RAW, backing up footage, troubleshooting media-related issues for the Editors, supplying the editors with the latest footage when needed (via hard drives taken by couriers and/or we-transfer).-MARKUPS (Identifying footage based on the episode, scene number, scene name, date, camera, and type of footage ( BROLL, CROLL, or SYNC), Organizing BROLL sequences from Wide to medium to CU shots, Separating sequences by room and or scene, creating multi-groups and string-outs, and posting the new content for the editors on Slack. Updating the master project with new bins / overwriting old bins, creating some folder / bin structure in the master project, and supplying Editors with priority selections of markups when needed. -TRANSCODING MXF MEDIA (transcoding images, music, video files, and graphics. Organizing with a relevant folder naming convention, and releasing to the editors for use within Avid Media Composer). -ONLINE EDITING (Uprezzing Episodes 1008 - 1012 + Web content. QC, AAFs,) -MISC. WORK (Compiling BROLL and sound-ups for editors, minor timeline stacking, fixing audio issues, syncing Go pro cameras, looking into lost media requests by sifting through footage and finding it if it exists(Investigating various things like missing tapes or unidentified footage), using DPRs, Beat sheets, trackers, tape logs, and other various documents to help troubleshoot or track certain things, syncing slow-mo cameras to audio, creating outputs for graphics, converting images, compressing sizzle video files to retain quality for use by network, sitting down with showrunner/director to help with shot selection for promo content, helping to foster creativity, adjusting audio issues, creating EDLs for music and Supers lists, and selecting the best shots from each production day and responding to any and all Editor requests!

-Creating student reservations/checkouts on browser-based rental software. -Time Management and teamwork. Building large orders prior to pickup time even with busy long lines.-Minor Troubleshooting of software/hardware issues when students have questions or bring the gear back with problems. Checking all equipment on return; laptops, cameras, lenses, lights, tripods, flags, etc. Enforcing authorizations.

-Work on a feature Documentary Ingesting & transcoding Media. Syncing Audio to Interview/Broll footage.-Won Best Documentary Program at the 2022 Canadian Screen Awards!-Selecting relevant clips from news footage and creating notes/Shot ID for the Editor to keyword search.-Media Management, Organization, Drive maps, Troubleshooting Hardware/Software/Other issues.-Setting up the set, C-Stands, adjusting lighting, general labour, teardown, wrapping cables properly etc.
