Responsible for the planning and training of the more than 3 dozen JTACs assigned to the unit. Create annual training plans with both national and local level integration. Operate as a lead instructor in close air support. Conduct extensive training management to provide a pathway for team members to attain advanced qualifications in accordance with national and joint directives. Schedule and plan elaborate air training events from scenario to multi-force joint operational support in order to create realistic and challenging training.

Conduct detailed joint and combined planning and integration for aviation and fires with adjacent forces including US Marines, US Army and allied multinational forces. Plan and supervise the conduct of all administrative, operational, training and logistical matters for an independent team of 70 Marines. Conduct international liaison and consulting for aviation and fires matters in support of combined objectives. Utilize training management, project management and customer value analysis in support of the assigned objectives.

Industrial Data Exchange (iDX) founding member. Led the team creating a Carfax for industrial assets. Conducted the business analysis and research into the $1.1B used healthcare equipment market discovering a $500m opportunity for the move to data-driven sales. Tracked more than 300 development tasks to completion with three remote development teams. Hired 6 analysts and directed the development of systems that convert +80m lines of data into business intelligence using R, MySQL, and Tableau.

Led two remote development teams through the creation of three products that displayed mobile phone pricing data from more than 1,100 sources in 121 countries. Identified enduring global pricing factors for mobile phones with an R-value of +92%. Hired three analysts and directed the development of business intelligence systems running on +60m lines of data.

Provide quantitative analysis of 121 schools with regards to their performance and development along assigned performance indicators.-Develop new metrics as needed to enable clear communications of status, progress and targets.-Build dynamic, multi-faceted predictive model to assess the growth of numerous groups of college students.-Create customized visualizations for use in team presentations.
