Conducted the business analysis and research into the $1.1B used healthcare equipment market discovering a $500m opportunity for the move to data-driven sales. Tracked more than 300 development tasks to completion with three remote development teams. Hired 6 analysts and directed the development of systems that convert +80m lines of data into business intelligence using R, MySQL, and Tableau.

Led two remote development teams through the creation of three products that displayed mobile phone pricing data from more than 1,100 sources in 121 countries. Identified enduring global pricing factors for mobile phones with an R-value of +92%.
