Current• Maintains a motivating environment for a high performing team • Maintain internal key performance indicators to evaluate team efficiency • Holds regular departmental and individual meetings with members to share feedback, strategize and share company information• Ensure maintenance and compliance with all ISO documentation• Endorse Company standards within local culture and existing work ethics. Support local issues, align team work ethics and social conduct towards the global company standards• Actively promote customer focus• Assesses and maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet key performance indicators of the department• Engage in communication with other departments for items such as: Best Practices, problem solving, visibility, conflict resolution, policies, unique customer requirements, etc.• Responsible for overall quality of work produced, and any remedial action for their direct reports• Maintain close working relationships with corporate functions managers in all areas• Responsible for conveying recommendations to Director, Client Solutions regarding hiring, firing, promotion, and disciplinary action of staff based on quantitative data• Prepares and delivers performance review for direct reports • Conducts proper training of all team members on company tools/software • Assists in reporting on team’s formal metrics and others deemed necessary for proper management of the team • Performs other special projects or duties when required
