Creating the first ever educational application for the Non-Profit educational institution, I am leading the innovative push forward and ensuring the educational needs of the next generation are fully realized. I am working as both a liaison between our educational advisors, clients, and students, as well as leading the on-ground student internship program that consists of up to 15 cross-discipline students at any given time and has regular, semesterly turn-over. The ultimate goal of this application is to simulate the experience of educators via a realistic, gamified simulation. Once completed and fully implemented, this educational game will reach over 80,000 students in the greater Phoenix area over the course of its first full year. Full implementation is scheduled by the end of the 2020-2021 school year, with the initial test launch beginning in the Fall of 2019.
