I worked on a continual basis with the branch managers to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for their individual offices and also worked closely with the individual loan officers. As the District Marketing Manager, I was required to understand all of MetLife Home Loans products and the specific details of those loan products, so that I could more effectively sell and market the programs that MetLife had to offer. As the Utah County Marketing Manager and Relationship Manager for a new branch of First Horizon Home Loans, I had the opportunity to assist in creating and developing the marketing and business goals of the branch. I helped create personalized custom marketing material for each of the loan officers, as well as the branch manager. In addition, I was also involved with the purchasing of radio advertising and the development of print advertising for the branch.

As an Internal Home Loan Consultant, I had many responsibilities ranging from administrative work to originating loans. These responsibilities included: Discussing financing options with customers and originating various types of loans which included conventional, FHA and Helocs. I ordered credit reports, ran underwriting software, and locked in the customer’s loan program. I helped to develop the product ads and packaged products to be shipped. I interacted with customers to resolve their concerns regarding items and payments, which resulted in customer satisfaction.
