Provide leadership and strategic direction of daily operations for the company in the Rocky Mountain region.

Oversee project development for title research and leasing acquisition in the Rocky Mountain region. Review and edit ownership reports to improve quality control. Develop and deliver progress reports to client. Determine the content of status reports from the project crew, analyze results, and troubleshoot the problem areas. Build, develop and grow any business relationship key to the success of the project and/or company with the mineral/surface owner, government agency and working interest owners.

Negotiate Oil and Gas Leases, Farmouts, Surface Damage Agreements and Right-of-Ways. Acquire Seismic Permits including served as Field Liaison working directly with surface owners, drilling crews and seismic recording crews on both fee and state lands. Prepare both detailed and cursory reports to reflect surface, mineral and leasehold ownership including held by production, noting any title defects and/or possible solutions in clearing the chain of title. Communicate with mineral owners, working interest owners and title attorneys to obtain proper curative for Title Opinions. Oil and Gas Commission research to determine well status, well permits, pooling orders, drilling and spacing units, rules and regulations. Title abstracting and digital imaging of courthouse records.
