My job role encompassed many aspects of building and sustaining client relationships, managing products and services to meet customer expectations, on-site production execution; supervision of crew members, conducting daily safety meetings to maintain a safe work environment, serving as a liaison between clients and inter-company team members, and monitoring project costs and budgets to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in the field.Another role also included serving as one of the six members on the Classic Party Rentals - Employee Advisory Council.
