I accepted a position with the University of South Carolina, Palmetto College, as a Regional Admissions Representative in October 2017. In my role, I recruited prospective students to our online degree completion programs. From attending technical colleges, transfer or graduation fairs, and other recruiting events, I successfully established relationships with many students, advisors, and business owners in order to help students enroll in, and eventually complete, their college degree.

Hickory/Lenoir, North Carolina Area

In early September of 2016, I accepted a position with the Hickory Crawdads of the South Atlantic League as a Corporate Sales Executive. In my year in Hickory, I was able to meet and exceed my personal sales goal while also assisting with stadium operations duties.

Danville, Virginia

In late October of 2014, I began my first full-time position with the Danville Braves, the Advanced Rookie affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. During my time with the D-Braves, I was primarily involved with fulfilling advertisement needs at our stadium, American Legion Post 325 Field, as well as selling group ticket packages to local businesses and organizations. I also gained experience in retail management from my time with the D-Braves by fulfilling orders through our online team store, as well as staying in contact with vendors throughout the year.

Charleston, South Carolina Area

The Charleston RiverDogs, a member of the South Atlantic League, are the New York Yankees Single-A affiliate. During my time with the RiverDogs, I was taught box office operations while assisting customers before, during, and after games by answering general box office questions and receiving ticket orders. Job duties ranged from answering phone calls and offering help to fans during each home game to making sales calls in order to increase group ticket sales. I also acted as a "Season Ticket Holder Liaison" where I was in constant contact with season ticket holders to supply full time staff members with their questions, concerns, or comments. Overall, I was able to expand my understanding of how a MiLB team is run on a daily basis.

Florence, South Carolina

The Florence RedWolves, a summer collegiate baseball team, is a member of the Coastal Plain League. I was an intern for the RedWolves for the summers of 2012 and 2013. In my time with the RedWolves, I was taught mainly operation aspects of a baseball team. Job duties included preparing the field for each game as well as performing tasks in our concession area and merchandise stand.
