BEESA has become one of South Africa's largest and most trusted national B-BBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) educators & solutions providers. Whilst the B-BBEE policy framework is a complex, national economic program specific to South Africa the BEESA team have designed new Change Management frameworks based on global models to accelerate Transformation and economic growth in a rapidly developing economy. Tyler's role as Managing director was pivotal in the business experiencing considerable growth in both its service offerings and profitability through 2016 to 2018.

Prior to a restructure the BEESA Group was made up of several operations and companies providing services in the socio-economic development space. When EDS was brought into the BEESA Group of companies Tyler took on the role of Corporate Sales Manager to development the new divisions. This expanded and led him to take on the director role at Group level where he was responsible for the growth and profitability of operations of the business along with the development and running the a new corporate sales and delivery divisions.

This roll was to bring me into the BEESA Group following acquisition and merger of my previous business Enterprise Development Services. I was responsible for the development of the Enterprise Development division of the business and building a new client base for BEESA Group.

Run under the control of Enterprise Development Services the Institute for Enterprise Development (IED) was setup to support both business coaches and previously disadvantaged business owners. With sustainable growth being the main goal.All services are offered from centralized business hubs called IED Support Centers. The support services are conducted either in-house or remotely. In-house support is offered from within an IED Support Center and remote support being offered on site, at the beneficiary enterprise’s premises. Remote services are conducted by IED trained coaches that are based out of their own IED Center that we call a virtual incubator. The major difference between the two incubators is that the IED Virtual Incubators focus on beneficiary businesses that are post commercialization and do not provide office facilities to beneficiary enterprises. All services are aligned to Enterprise Development best practice principles to provide the most reliable framework possible in accordance with the BEE Codes of Good Practice.

EDS is a Business and project management consultancy catering to the corporate market to improve channel management and supply chain utilisation. Creator and owner of the Institute for Enterprise Development (IED), incubator and business development hub for small businesses and entrepreneurs looking for support and guidance for business growth. With a focus on Sustainable BEE, EDS maximises growth and sustainability along with impact. With a strong record of business consulting EDS is proud to have developed over R2 billion worth of Enterprise Development and business growth programs. Key services offered are business policy and strategy development as it relates to BEE and Enterprise Development along with program and project development, implementation and management. Our real world experience ensure that our programs factor in practical and actionable projects that result in real business growth.

A complex operations and logistics management service for high-wealth individuals working closely with exterior entities such as the US Secret Service in Washington DC, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and multiple global police forces. Known for solving challenging situations for high-wealth individuals and their families.
