As site leader for the largest Amazon prime now site in the region, I am responsible for hiring, labor planning, and all aspects of the business. The average weekly revenue is $500,000 with daily shipped units around 45,000. From inbound, outbound, quality, and safety I own all aspect of my site. I labor plan daily to ensure accurate head count. While my time as acting site leader, I have been #1 in the entire network for cost. I have 3 salaried leaders who report to me and another 7 assistant managers under them.

· Act as second in command to Station Manager to achieve station safety, quality, productivity and CE performance· Own the operational metric for area of responsibility· Standard Work, Gemba, reporting and root cause defects· Conduct daily and weekly performance meetings· Respond to customer/TOC escalations· Develop future production and labor plans· Interact with all support teams (LP, quality, safety, HR etc.) to develop plans to meet business objectives· Oversight on scheduling and staffing requirements for area of responsibility· Volume planning/contingency planning· Subject matter expert for all process areas in the station (Sort, OnRoad, RTS)· Process compliance and reporting for area of responsibility (LP, Safety, Quality, HR)· Support team interaction and escalation for area of responsibility· Develop an environment that drives performance while maintaining safe environment and ensure timely reporting· Point of contact for safety/security issues that occur on site, incident commander in event of an issue· Day to day management/supervision including coverage and scheduling of L4 Shift Managers· Provide oversight and participate to ensure appropriate performance management for Amazon L1-L3 associates (does not apply to temporary associates)· Interviewing· Work in direct process path (if needed)· Vacation coverage for Station Manager (if needed)
