My role at XPO Logistics, Inc. was to pick orders, pack orders, inventory items, and process LTL orders to determine shipping method. To pick orders, we would grab a pick sheet with different orders and then locate items in bin locations according to the order specifications. To pack orders, we used the SAP program to properly label the items depending on the carrier and hazmat status.
