Responding promptly to any emergencies or incidents, such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or disturbances. Collaborating with local law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing assistance and information as needed. As well as above and beyond customer service and looking out for the general well being of the residents and their guests.

Co-founded the record label and was the Creative Director, Label Manager, and inceptive A&R. Came up with most of the branding that still used today like name, logo, and the sectioning off of different genres/vibes into portions of the label called Build It Deep/Build It Tech etc. Signed the first 80 or so releases on the label with the first artist being a long time favorite of mine, Chris Gresswell from the UK. Had several chart topping tracks on iTunes, Beatport, Trakitdown, and Traxsource including number one spots. Multiple songs that individually gained 150,000+ organic plays on SoundCloud, and many millions of plays in total across platforms. Some of the songs gained support from headliners all over the world and got played on main stages at well known clubs and festivals. A notable example being Deorro at Tomorrowland main stage - back when we were still releasing Electro House/Melbourne on the ‘Build It Up’ portion of the label. Also garnered notable support from DJs like Kyle Watson, Sam Divine, AC Slater, Croatia Squad, Uber Jak’d, and more. Organically boosted followers on social media accounts into the thousands within the end of the first year by deploying successful marketing strategies coupled with genuine music. Reached 10,000 organic followers on the labels SoundCloud midway through the second year.
