Tyler is the QA manager at Multi-Seals, Inc., manufacturer of precision epoxy preforms and specialty adhesives located in Manchester, CT. Tyler began his career at Multi-Seals as a manufacturing assistant in 2006 and quickly ascended to Manufacturing supervisor. Tyler currently works under the VP of Quality/Operations and is responsible for managing their ISO 9001 internal audit program, new process development, QMS administration along with technical sales and new product evaluation and development. He currently leads a multi-department staff of 8, promoting quality focus throughout the organization. Tyler earned his CQA certification and ISO Lead Auditor training recognition in early 2011 and is currently working towards his CQE. In 2011 Tyler was also featured in Quality Progress Magazine’s November issue as one of the 40 New Voices on Quality. In 2009 Tyler began working with the Hartford section of ASQ as Membership chair until 2011 when he moved to Publicity Chair & Webmaster. During this time he also served as co-founder of the Young Quality Professionals network and is currently the incoming Chair. This coming year, Tyler will also continue to serve ASQ Hartford as Webmaster and manage the sections online presence as well as serve as Internet Liaison to the Service Quality Division.
