Practical Training Solutions provides training and professional development to human service agencies, Direct Support Professionals and educators.PTS employs facilitators with diverse backgrounds in developmental disabilities, the behavioral health system, special education, and most importantly, hands-on experience supporting individuals with a spectrum of needs in a variety of settings.PTS cares deeply about the quality of the trainings we offer and employs several certified Prevention and Support and Article 9 instructors including State of Arizona certified Lead Instructors and Article 9 Master Trainers. We are actively involved in the AHCCCS Direct Care Workforce Alliance, and the statewide Positive Behavior Support Workgroup.
