Opportunistic family investment office with a long term investment strategy that specializes in value add multifamily assets and supports friends and family as a licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado. Current portfolio includes 21 rental units in and around Denver Metro area.

As a junior partner I had the pleasure of supporting acquisition, construction management and property management for a boutique private equity real estate shop specializing in distressed assets throughout the state of Colorado. In the two and a half years with the 5 person company we executed 52 flips, managed over $1.7M in rehab budgets, and acquired an additional 70 rental units.

As an independent consultant, I supported a large senior living facility with a comprehensive energy project that included energy data analysis, energy efficiency improvements, and a 1.5MW solar installation.

As Program Manager, I led a cross functional consulting team in the design and implementation of an Energy Management Program for the mass transit system of Los Angeles County. In this role I was responsible for strategic direction and implementation of energy related sustainability goals. Some of my accomplishments are highlighted below:- Directly responsible for the development and implementation of the 5 year strategic energy plan for LA mass transit system- Managed internal team of engineers and 15 subject matter expert sub-consultants - ~12 FTEs- Initially increased TRC’s revenue by $2M in 20 months and ultimately won a competitively bid 3yr $5M consulting contract- Developed financial pro forma for energy projects resulting in award of $7.2M from LAMCTA’s Capital Program- Managed the identification, design and installation of ~35 energy efficiency projects currently saving over $850,000 annually- Designed and implemented portfolio-wide LEED program – Successfully certified 1.9M ft² of industrial and office space- Led the identification, development and RFP process of a 3 site, 1.8MW PV system power purchase agreement- Led executive and board of director level engagement including board memos, quarterly meetings and annual reports- Designed and implemented measurement and verification procedures to track and sustain $2M in annual energy savings- Developed predictive energy use models to track building performance of 27-story high rise office headquarters- Built excel based model to test electricity tariffs and ultimately identified annual savings of $350K requiring no CapEx

Managed a team of Energy Consultants through the implementation of LIPA's Commercial Efficiency Program. Responsible for building a robust pipeline and delivering 15MW of claimable and permenant demand reduction in 2012.Provided rebate maximization and energy consulting services to large scale commercial real estate property managers and developers throughout Long Island.

Provided energy consultation and rebate management on behalf of LIPA for all K-12 Schools and Universities on Long Island. Closed over 200 projects in 2011 making up 44% of our 6 person team's pipeline. As one of four original team members, I played an instrumental role in the start up of TRC's $30M+ 5 year contract with Long Island Power Authority . Worked closely with client to transition workload from incumbent, drive program participation, develop business processes, integrate IT and CRM solutions, and manage high profile customers.

Technical and programmatic project manager to over 100 New Construction projects pursuing the EPA ENERGY STAR building label and performance based financial incentives through NYSERDA’s Multifamily Performance Program.

Grew up with the business my mother started less than one year after I was born. Spent countless hours every spring alongside family and friends helping the business grow (no pun intended). Continue to support my father as he carries out my Mother's legacy.

Started my energy efficiency career in the Energy Management Office. Facilitated the benchmarking and subsequent ENERGY STAR labeling of multiple residence halls on campus. Monitored and analyzed sub-meter data from all residence halls on campus.
