-Serve as personnel manager to 5 direct reports-Manage projects of cross-functional team of artists and mapping specialists. Determine project scopes, communicate deadlines, manage deliverables, and liaise between customer, team, and upper management, ensuring all project requirements are met-Assist marketing team with obtaining necessary graphical elements for announcements on new software releases. Aid with presentation of new features/enhancements at conferences and trade shows-Update and manage instructional documentation. -Weather Anchor for "Good Morning Wyoming" (90 minute morning show) and Noon news broadcast-Record teases for 12PM news show and following day's episode of "Good Morning Wyoming"-Anchor the weather for live news cut-ins during "Good Morning America"-Record daily weather webcasts and radio broadcasts-Conceptualize, Design, and build Graphics and explainers for weather hits

-Lead the executive team of the weather division of the Rutgers University Television Network (RU-tv) -Make executive decisions regarding severe weather intros and special weather coverage -Help diagnose and fix hardware and software issues-Create and approve training manuals for forecast production and technical equipment-Coordinate with RU-tv full time staff to ensure program runs smoothly.

-Produce and record forecasts to be aired on RU-tv every 15 mintues, and also shared online -Produce, anchor, and edit special project such as severe weather PSAs, promos, and special event coverage

-Produce and deliver LIVE weather forecasts for half hour morning news broadcast program

-Produce and deliver LIVE forecasts over the radio on the 5:00PM news show-Participate in news banter as needed to fit show into the 30 minute block

-Design Graphics on WSI TruVu Max for On Camera Meteorologists (OCMs)-Communicate with OCMs during live programming for quality control and telestration purposes-Monitor severe weather during shows to update OCMs as needed-Coordinate with directors and producers to ensure weather segments are accurate and hits are the appropriate length

-Screen and select applicants as community members -Mentor and adviser for Living Learning Community residents-Liaison between full time staff, leadership team, and the Living Learning Community-Train community members on Final Cut Pro X, camera operation, and recording techniques
