• Sell vacant land, condominiums, tenancies-in-common and multi-unit properties• Lease residential apartments and commercial condominiums• Evaluate property values and counsel buyers and sellers• Manage transaction documents and compliance with contractual timelines

• Lead and develop the Bently Reserve Property Management and Engineering teams• Manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leases• Develop business policies and processes for multiple teams and business units• Oversee the selection, retention, management, and periodic evaluation of outside counsel• Support corporate governance by providing legal review of corporate policies and procedures• Provide legal and risk management counseling on a wide variety of legal issues
