Business Strategy And Planning Director
Current· Work with agile technical teams to implement a model inventory and governance platform, perform testing and communicate production releases, generate recorded and written training content for end users, and incorporate feedback into actionable improvements· Design new processes and supporting training to drive efficiencies and solve key business problems, from vendor risk management to the model development life cycle· Create and send recurring internal communications through various channels (email, Slack) to an audience of over 2k employees, including ghost-writing messages from executive leadership, marketing strategic programs and promoting healthy change management· Coordinate high priority strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment from planning through implementation, including creating key performance indicators, analyzing results, and reporting to senior executives· Led culture initiatives across CFO to promote core values, collaboration, and forward thinking
