I’m responsible for the hiring, training and development of a global team of five analysts. I oversee the daily business-as-usual activities while promoting best practices. I manage our team’s participation in departmental cross team project activities. I also develop our team’s quarterly and yearly objectives and key results to align with departmental and company goals.I’m responsible for the daily activities of the company’s global TEM platform. This includes invoice processing with allocating costs to charge back to appropriate budget cost centers. Then coordinating with accounts payable teams to ensure payments are fulfilled to vendors. Auditing telecommunication invoices are billed correctly at contracted rates. I partner with procurement and technology leads to negotiate contract renewals to optimize telecommunications spending.I manage the relationship with Invesco’s 3rd party TEM provider to fulfil wireless MACD service requests. I resolve any escalations and request roadblocks. I also, manage internal relationships with the wireless technology owners and telecommunications service providers. My team works to fulfill wireline MACD service requests with carriers. I’m currently working to integrate the ITAM and TEM platforms to automate the MACD workflows. I also assist our cloud expense FinOps team as they set up their program. I provide advice and guidance on financial processes and help with the business’s relationships with cloud providers.

Negotiated a 5-year service agreement between Bell Mobility & PEI Government. Managed the conversion of 1200 Rogers cellular devices to Bell Mobility, which included ordering devices, developing plans, and porting telephone numbers. Continued management of 1800 PEI Government cellular phones over their lifecycles, including equipment and services. Manage services for 7000 landlines, DSL, Fiber, ISDN, and data circuits for the Government of PEI. Coordinate activation of 200+ pagers & radio services. Provided technical guidance during the RFP processes.I provided tier 2 support for the activation of all Government of PEI Blackberry devices. Administer support to senior VIP PEI Government staff, including Lieutenant Governor, Premier, Premier’s Office, Executive Council Office, Ministers, and Deputy Ministers for their desk telephones, Blackberry phones, tablets, and other mobile devices. Provide technical support for all landlines, cellular phones, pagers and radios in PEI Government. Document all troubles and orders with CA Service Desk Manager ticketing system. Work with telecommunications vendors to resolve troubles for equipment and services.I helped to build and implement an electronic billing management system using Etelesolv Telemanager billing expense software. Coordinated the installation, testing, and rollout of the database system with Etelsolv and Bell Mobility. Continue to use the software to track mobility inventory and Bell Mobility billing expenses. I introduced repairs of cellular phones to the Province of PEI for devices with cracked LCD displays and destroyed hinges to minimize costly repairs and upgrades. Accomplished this by using parts from phones to be recycled from aged inventory, with an estimated savings of $120 - $300 per device repaired.
