When they experience exponential growth, it changes their life. When their life changes, it has the same effect on me.Prior to my exit with Drivably, I led a world class global renewals team at HireVue which would eventually exit for $511m to the Carlyle Group. We developed one of the most robust processes around managing renewals and took our renewal rate from 64% to 94% in a matter of 12 months. Prior to joining HireVue I was early an early sales leader at DOMO, where we raised $900m in venture funding, and would ultimately go public (Nasdaq: DOMO) in 2018.Most importantly, I am a husband and father to three beautiful children and an amazing wife!
