I was a barista, cocktail waiter, and host for a fun and exciting speakeasy located in North Scottsdale. It gave me a basic understanding of mixology and what working behind a bar is like.

Can Monkey is a startup contract garbage company that offered a variety of services to individual properties. I acted as a trash runner which meant I would drive to AirBnB and rental properties to make sure the trash and recycling cans were taken out or brought into the house.

This was my first time working as a barista with professional equipment. I also was an assistant for two professional bakers and gained some understanding on site of how that business functions.

I grew up working around this company for most of my life, my father co-owned the business with a friend and my last time working with the company was as tournament director.
