I oversee the Marketing Department at The Capitol Theatre by developing and executing strategic branding campaigns and integrated marketing campaigns for concerts with artists like Bob Dylan, Brandi Carlile, My Morning Jacket, Phil Lesh, Billy Strings, Goose, and more.

I coordinated marketing efforts for concerts and live events ranging from 250 – 50,000 attendees throughout New York City and the Northeast United States. Main duties included managing the creation, approval, and deliverance of marketing assets, routing invoices, and working with external stakeholders to execute plans for owned venues such as Webster Hall, Brooklyn Steel, Terminal 5, Music Hall of Williamsburg, and Rough Trade NYC, and larger acts such as The Rolling Stones, Elton John, Tame Impala, Celine Dion, and more.

I worked directly with the CEO of a creative investment and consulting firm with holdings in the live music and food and beverage industries to coordinate special projects and daily tasks. I met with clients and managed influencer partnerships to nurture a coherent vision for potential business ventures in the Cannabis industry. I performed market research for emerging industries and companies in Southern California, Miami, and New York City.

As a floating assistant within the Music Department I assisted agents by handling heavy volume phones, screening and rolling calls, and organizing calendars, and fulfilling personal tasks for as needed. Other responsibilities included monitoring and assembling contract reviews and reports, communicating with promoters and talent buyers to receive pre and post show information daily and any task as needed.

Duties as the Guest Services Associate ranged from ticket taking, reception, in person ticket sales, and ensuring all guests had questions answered and a great concert-going experience. As the Operations Intern I directly assisted the Operations Manager in pre-show and on-site management to ensure safe patron flow, and a safe environment for all concert goers and venue employees.
