Digital Origination Lead - North America
CurrentOne of four global leaders, tasked with creating the digitization strategy for the North America region (USA & Canada) for the Grains & Oilseeds and Cotton divisions and driving development, including:Uplift of grower facing platform MyLDC to streamline the experience, develop new functionality, and drive forward on a path towards increased origination from growers without mandating increased merchandiser headcount while delivering a superior experience for our grower partners. Implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to enable a paradigm shift forward from a purely volume driven approach to origination towards one focused on product quality and relationship building to reduce uncertainty in supplies. Coordinating rollout of sustainability, traceability, and Regenerative Agriculture platforms with automated data capture, third party program involvement, and certifications to allow growers and the company to capture value and reduce environmental impacts while also focusing on reducing friction points on growers to increase adoption.
