Tyler ran an agile development process with a dev team spread across LA, Montreal, Melbourne and India. He is both a front and and back end database generalist. His abilities to engage with stakeholders to determine requirements and decide on the best architecture to achieve these were very useful. As product owner I greatly valued Tyler's ability to distill and implement my requirements but also to question them. Having someone with a good strategic mindset who would question my requirements within the context of what we were trying to achieve prevented us from going down a number of bling alleys. Over the course of our working relationship I came to rely on Tyler's judgement more and more. I would not hesitate to recommend Tyler as an asset to any organization.", "Tyler and I worked together for the past several years in the stereo conversion division of Prime Focus. Tyler was an incredibly valuable member of both our artist team and training team and was instrumental in developing the training program that now services the entire global division of stereo conversion. His focus, attention to detail and in depth knowledge of both the process and software provided our teams with the direction and structure needed to develop a program that would translate to artists of any skill level and multiple languages.
