This is no small undertaking. We produce content in over 120 languages for some sections and regularly support 10 to 30 languages across the various sites. We care about getting the message on these web sites to every person, so we focus more on performance and responsive pages than most organizations. This creates a very fun and challenging mix as we weigh new technologies with how they align with our objectives. Management Years:Responsible for the rollout and implementation of the Global Visual Style Guide for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints while managing an average of 25 software and quality assurance engineers.Manage the development and meet business need in our Web content management system (WCMS). I've worked with or managed the implementation of CMS technologies for many years. Including multiple home grown tools, Brightspot, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), and Vignette products. Additionally trained as a "Connecting With People" facilitator. Training focuses on personality types and improving understanding and communication between the different patterns.
