In my current position as the Director of Quality Control for Real Land Title and its sister company Punctual Abstract, I am responsible for ensuring top quality production across all avenues of the Real Estate business. It is my responsibility to ensure all employees, vendors, and clients are having their needs met while providing top quality work with minimal to no errors. Our employees, vendors, and clients span across 3 countries and we cover every state in the US. Through great relationships, I help provide top quality service to some of the biggest banks and lenders in the world. We specialize in hands on work at local courthouses through the US. Past ExperienceAt Real Land Title, it is my responsibility to drive sales and marketing by reaching out and expanding our business through relationships with Realtors and Loan Officers in the area. I contact and provide support for anyone looking to establish a land title and title insurance for a property. At Real Land Title we partner with Punctual Abstract as well as our Attorney David L. Colvin in order to ensure the fastest turn around time with the best rates. This puts us ahead of the competition by allowing us to maximize our resources, because everything we need is already on hand. We can provide a Full Service Title Experience without the need for outsourcing during any part of the process.As an individual, I am very motivated in all things technology-based and I truly enjoy providing quality customer service. I am regarded by most of my colleagues as a “people-person.” I love explaining and learning about technology as well as finding new ways to solve difficult IT issues for customers. As the Geek Squad Supervisor, my responsibilities ranged from advanced diagnostics and repair on a variety of devices to using problem solving skills to fix new issues with technology. I have built many computers from the ground up and I am fluent in most operating systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS, KaliLinux, Ubuntu, Android, ChromeOS). As the Store Manager for UBreakiFix, I am responsible for all day to day operations inside of the business. I have learned how to repair all phone types and almost all issues with them. I handle key partnerships with current big name tech companies like Samsung, Google, and Asurion. In whole I run the entire store and manage all of the employees and inventory. As a Store Leader, I enjoy providing our customers with the best customer service to ensure a positive experience while also driving key metrics for the business.
