Successfully exited Alcumus Software Divisions to EcoOnline.

Oversee a number of streams of work at Infusion: incubating out Canadian Financial Services Division, building our strategic account portfolio (global reach), defining new sales / delivery partnership model for service delivery, and helping to grow our strategic global Financial Service portfolio with Microsoft. Key results: drove increase in YoY revenue with largest account (+120%), increased market portfolio in Canada through 3 Tier 1 account acquisitions (+1M / account), and created a new delivery / sales model to bring in "Client Executives" to join both organizations.

Oversee all aspects of running our European businesses, including sales, marketing, operations, delivery, HR, and recruiting. Work with our global teams (operations, delivery, HR) to ensure local and global initiatives are running well in the regions. Implement strategic road-maps across all business units and ensure consistent and stable growth. Key results: reduced staff turnover by 50%, restructured sales in non-capital markets to support a 250% growth within 18 months, landed four tier 1 accounts within 12 months (+1M each), created a sales / delivery partnership model that introduced Client Executive role and broke down silos, supported the development of the European Delivery Centres, and closed business across four separate countries.

I manage our Global Business Development for strategic initiatives and new solution offerings at Infusion. My current focus is around Travel & Hospitality, Mapping, Managed Services, Training & Writing, and Infrastructure as well as ancillary and complimentary areas such as Real Estate and Retail. I manage a direct team of 12 with indirect reports over 75 spread across four countries and offices. Grew all businesses, achieving revenue growth to +$15MM.

Built and managed our mapping and managed services business from 3 to 25+people and over $10MM in sales from both new and repeat accounts. Started our Travel & Hospitality practice and grew to $1.5MM in 12 months.
