Most common scopes of work include all aspects of commercial roofing & waterproofing systems (below-grade and above-grade), sheet metal, expansion joints, pavers and coatings. Current tasks consist of all aspects of estimation and project management, from initial lead evaluations, full-scope(s) proposals, and contract management, through warranty distribution and final retention payment. Tasks generally consisting of estimating and sales, budgeting, managing of personnel, and complete project execution. Oversee large-scale, high volume projects with General Contractors such as Webcor Builders, Truebeck Construction, Whiting-Turner, DPR Construction, Turner Construction, and Clark Construction, and customers such as Google Inc., Apple Inc., Related California, UBER, Stanford University, Simon Group & Westfield Corporation.
