Ticket Scanning Supervisor
Current● Assist with hiring, training, scheduling and processing payroll for over 100 employees ● Oversee daily operations by adjusting staffing to fit crowd levels, ensuring the proper function of all scanning equipment, and making certain all guests are provided with an exceptional experience● Resolve challenging guest interactions, including ticket issues and fraudulent pass use scenarios● Coordinate with other departments to solve problems, such as scan gun malfunctions and ticket issues, and to provide Epic Service Solutions for guests who had a poor experience at the resort● Learned how to increase my impact as a leader, how to improve my communication style, and how to deliver feedback more effectively in leadership classes offered through the company● Nominated to participate in a discussion with the company’s CEO and a select group of high-performing employees
