Tyler Dillard is a litigation and trial attorney. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases. He has helped clients recover well over $100 million in total, and he has successfully defended numerous other clients facing high exposure claims.Tyler takes on a broad set of cases because he believes the clients and the merits of the case are more important than the specific type of subject matter. Every client has a story to tell, and Tyler wants to deliver that story, truthfully and powerfully. In business cases, Tyler has represented clients ranging from individual employees and shareholders all the way to public companies with in-house legal departments. In personal injury cases, Tyler has represented clients of all ages, races, and socio-economic statuses. Tyler has been up against some of biggest businesses, insurance companies, and opposing law firms in the country, and he has won. As some examples, Tyler's won approximately $17 million on behalf of four teenage girls who were sex-trafficked at different hotels; more than $9 million in a minority-shareholder squeeze-out case; more than $18 million in a partnership dispute; more than $2 million against a law firm in a failed loan transaction; more than $1 million in a jury verdict on behalf of an attorney in a former client dispute; more than $2 million in total for clients in wrongful tree cutting and property damage claims; and approximately $75 million in total in personal injury cases for victims of car, motorcycle, and truck wrecks; pedestrian accidents; medical negligence; nursing home neglect; violent crime; physical and sexual abuse at daycares, massage parlors, churches, and medical facilities; and for those injured in premises liability cases. And, on the defense side for business and real estate clients, Tyler has also won numerous complete dismissals or favorable settlements of the cases against them. While most cases settle, Tyler has tried more than a dozen cases to verdict, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration. Tyler has argued and won cases in state, federal, and appellate courts across Georgia. Tyler graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Georgia in 2010 and Cum Laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2013.
