Hi, I'm Tyler! I grew up in Kingsville, ON and am a proud citizen of the Metis Nation of Ontario! I am currently enrolled in the Post Graduate Human Resource Management program at St. Clair College where I’m developing a strong foundational knowledge in occupational health and safety, compensation and employee benefits, workplace law as well as a thorough understanding of mediation and conflict resolution, strategic training and development and performance management. Aside my studies, I also have the privilege of working at FreshCo as a produce clerk and at S/O business management as a bookkeeping assistant. I am also a graduate of the Border Services program at St. Clair College. Between my employment and academic history, I have learned valuable communication, leadership and organizational skills while exhibiting self-confidence, physical fitness, and observation skills. I have always been looked at as a strong, dependent, and valuable coworker in both my academic and professional life. I am also a friend who is always known to lend a helping hand. I am able to face any problem that comes my way as well as adapt and keep calm in any situation that may arise. I apply my proven problem solving, decision making, people, teamwork, and critical thinking skills to my extracurricular, academic or professional projects and look forward to demonstrating these skills in my future place of employment.
