Utilized data analysis techniques, while following EPA requirements, to free up $1.6MM in capital by proving our equipment never exceeded the EPA MMBTU/hr limit. • Updated code on Allen-Bradley PLC to improve operational reliability of a pressure swing adsorber which will improve the carbon bed life by over 250%. This was used to identify the top 5 key areas that could be adjusted to increase EBITDA within the company. • Designed Excel VBA, Python, JMP, SQL, IP.21 scripts to save upwards of 1000 hours/year. These sheets saved time managing projects, importing data, troubleshooting operational issues, and generating reports.
