Donatos is a Columbus-based premier pizza brand with a Digital eCommerce presence on web and mobile supporting both company and franchise business operations across the United States.Responsible for Agile software development, data management and maturity, and the IT PMO for all aspects of the organization. Accountable for ensuring 99% uptime of our AWS-based micro-service digital platform Donatos.com, our Apple and Android apps, 3rd party services such as DoorDash and UberEats, Credit Card and Payment processing, Loyalty Provider and CRM platform, and the runtime of a custom Point-of-Sale platform (POS). Served as Scrum Master, executing daily standup, sprint planning, and regular retrospective reviews. Responsible for the relationships between Company/Franchise Operations and IT, Marketing, HR, and Finance to ensure software development delivery met current business needs. Owned all 3rd party vendor relationships with staffing and services firms. Led the organizational education of Scrum and Program Management to promote alignment of terminology and delivery practices.

NetJets is the world's largest private jet company, offering fractional aircraft ownership, private jet leases, and private jet card programs serving both personal and business-based aviation needs.Served as combination of People Leader, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Scrum Master for the Crew Qualification and Aviation Learning Management System (LMS) team. I led a large-scale project with multi-discipline direct reports and polyskill developers (serving as BA, QA, and software engineers). The $5M project to replace an on-prem VB application with an AWS microservice integration with a 3rd party SaaS tool for a global Crew Management business stakeholder team. The platform was required to track all flight and simulator time, and running constant calculations to ensure each pilot was within regulatory compliance to fly their assigned aircraft. Any non-compliant flight resulted in large fines from the FAA and EASA.

In a Plan, Build, Run model, Served as Build Scrum Master and Project Manager through the completion of the delivery of upgrades and improvements to the proprietary Java flight application and related safety checks system. Critically important to flight operations, the algorithm would complete calculations to ensure the aircraft could take off and land from the selected airports based on aircraft size, fuel, and passengers. Resource Managers were responsible for coaching, talent development, and performance management while I focused solely on Scrum and Delivery.

Huntington Bancshares Incorporated is a $196 billion asset regional bank operating 970 branches in 11 states.Developed .Net backend Lockbox and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) transaction transmission files, which were used by entities such as the State of Ohio and other utility companies to receive payment information processed via check and wire transfer. Acted as the BA and Project Manager to liaise with each customer to gather specific requirements for their banking system and oversee the project timelines, while also developing and performing QA testing for the flat files created for data transfer between the bank and each client system.

I also served as the Account Manager of 75 medical clients, established the recruitment department which led the hiring of 30 team members, and created and executed an onboarding training program for new all Account Managers.
