I was first hired as part of a new build branch as a Business Development Manager during its initial build-out period. After three months I transitioned to work alongside the national IT department to enhance user experience with Encompass (LOS), as an Encompass Admin. My primary focus was system development to better engage the end-users' experience. I was also closely involved with the IT support of Encompass to better understand our teams' experience as well as providing access to marketing systems, utilizing "how to" training material and update the overall user process.

Although our primary focus was on high net worth clients we provided specialist services for all of our clientele. As a Business specialist, I helped service and grow the existing business relationships. I established and service new business relationships, as well as prospect for new business. I handled loans, investments, online banking, account setup, retention, payroll, pos systems, along with any other needs that may have come up for the client.

My focus was on my clients, making sure they knew they could turn to me for any questions and concerns. I built the report giving me the ability to uncover and add a much more individualized style to my clients banking needs. I aimed to show value in my skills and received a promotion to the Business role in one years time.

I started as a part-time teller and quickly moved into a traveling teller role. I also had a great deal of interest in all foreign transactions and worked my way into handing all the foreign currency incoming and outgoing transactions for my home branch. Outperforming in my sales referrals each month, I quickly realized becoming a licensed personal banker was my next logical step.

It was my responsibility as a Store Manager to oversee two boutique locations. The locations under my management held the highest sales for our region for multiple months. I managed 20-25 sales associates as well as hired, trained, sold products, and took care of daily store requirements. I also had the opportunity to manage the opening of a new boutique.
