I directly contribute to the organization through my involvement in each of the following areas by way of, either development and/or day-to-day management in each of the following departments and divisions, including, Business Development, Project/Program Management, Operations, Administration, Recruiting, Banking and Finance, IT, Safety, QAQC, Logistics, and Procurement. Past projects Include:Next Era, Florida Power & Light-Rivera Beach Energy Center: a "Clean Energy" natural gas operated power plant that is expected to power up to 300,000 homes. 150 Employees, Approx 6 Months to complete.Texas Express Pipeline: A 500 mile Natural Gas Liquids pipeline of which 255 miles Troy Construction was contracted to build. It extends from near Amarillo, Tx all the way to Mt. Belview Tx where it will tie in with an Enterprise Natural Gas Liquids facility. 500+ Employees, Approx 10 months to complete.Enterprise Petroleum Crude Corporation: A 147 mile 24" Crude Oil pipeline in South Texas designed to gather and feed Eagle-Ford Shale crude into the expanding network of crude pipelines EPCO currently employes. 500+ Employees, Approx 1.3 years to complete.Kinder Morgan Gulf Coast Hydrotest: A 30 mile, integrity test, of existing pipeline that has been in use for over 15 years. This is a new and emerging line of business for Troy and delivers a diversified income stream for stability in the years ahead. 50 Employees, Approx 6 weeks to complete.

Project Cargo Buyer for Drill Ships in Gulf, everything from Turbo Chargers to Cables to Filters. Forward Crew Change coordination, receivership, staging and delivering both on and off signing crew members (approx 100 p. week)Billing support for, ShoreBase, Equipment Sourcing, Crew Change and Personal Deliveries.

Analyze, trade and schedual transportation of commodities. Responsibilities included:-Pipeline Scheduling for Natural Gas Liquids Book (Ethane, Propane, EP Mix) •Worked together with Counterparties to negotiate, schedule, and ship 4-5 million bbls of NGL’s monthly in the Gulf Coast. -Physical Measurement Claims Analysis (Crude, Fuel Oil, Gas & Components etc.) •Helped successfully reclaim over $400,000 in overpayments due to purchase & delivery discrepancies. -Streamlinig of our Secondary Invoice Process. •Partnered to create a new invoice and service nomination process, which, delivered an increase in accuracy, speed and simplicity. Saving and estimated $300,000 annually.-Directly responsible for daily position exposure reports. -Recently moved onto the Distillates Desk

-Responsible for Lab Operations, including task and trade oriented projects.-Secured visits to Ports, shipping terminals, weather & emergency mgmt. centers for hands on experience.-Created and graded quizzes and exams.-Conducted, lead and customized study sessions for struggling students. -Acted s liaison between the professor and students.

-Preformed research functions pertaining to international port integrity and shipping safety.-Helped organize run the national Maritime Security Council Annual Conference in Washington D.C.
