Responsibilities and teams built from the ground up:• Long-term business leader for the Clarus Direct D2C business line inclusive of the FreeShipping.com and ShopSmarter.com brands driving profitable subscription revenue in the tens of millions• Customer acquisition, product development and retention strategies across the Clarus Direct business line• Multi-million-dollar media budget and P/L responsibility grounded in effective media spend, improved LTV, reduced churn and cost per order (CPO) management• Marketing Technology (Ex: CheetahDigital, Optimizely, VOC program, etc) for all B2B and D2C campaigns• B2B Marketing. All brand/demand and corporate communication functions• Experimentation and conversion rate optimization for all consumer activities • Internal creative agency managing design/copywriting/video production, etc• Cross organizational responsibility for the data management and analytics strategy

Part of departmental leadership team responsible for driving online innovation, managed product launches and vendor strategy/implementation for the Protection suite of products

Full ownership and management of a multi-faceted customer acquisition channel including: marketing strategy, creative design, P&L, vendor management, execution, business development and testing.
