Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional material with a strong focus on communicating with and engaging current and prospective clients. Managed company websites and also the social media content scheduling, creation and delivery.

Main onsite contact for clients leading box office, self-serve kiosks, and ticketing operations. Was responsible for setup, running, and teardown of box office and ticketing and registration equipment while also assisting the the building and testing of ticketing websites.

Created and implemented a new program curriculum for over 300 campers which focused on the development of personal and professional traits within and outside of a camp environment. Provided ongoing educational instruction to teenage-aged campers focusing on various camp and leader related topics while also conducting performance evaluations.

Planned, lead, and organized the program curriculum for 16 staff members and 75 campers on a daily basis. Facilitated the hiring, selection and scheduling of new and current staff members while also conducting ongoing performance evaluations.

Provided customer service to thousands of customer who attended various consumer shows. Assisted with any needs desired both with customers and exhibitors of the show. Organized, coordinated, and transitioned groupings of hundreds of individuals outside and within the show setting.
