Current• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing information on features, specifications, financing options, and warranties• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers• Negotiate prices and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profits• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and goals• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and dealership promotions• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot appearance• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently• Offer warranty and gap coverage options to customers• Work with financing companies and Dealertrack systems to facilitate vehicle financing• Reach out to and follow up with customer leads through email, phone and social media• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
