After acquisition of PaRaBaL by ISEC7 Group Inc, Tyler was promoted to a Senior Consultant providing implementation services and technical leadership with emphasis in VMWare, MobileIron, and ISEC7’s products.Additional responsibilities include performing security and functional audits, while advising long-term enterprise mobility plans and best practices. Considerations included functionality, cost, security, policy and long-term mobility strategy. Recommendations being documented and presented as part of a greater consultation with clients. While acting in a customer success manager and support capacity for high-priority clients, Tyler holds regular cadence calls with the customer. These calls cover customer issues and product feature requests while providing R&D updates to the customer.IT infrastructure initiatives for the North American branch of ISEC7 are also led by Tyler. These tasks often involve long-term planning and upkeep of equipment for ISEC7 lab and production servers. IT requests from staff members in the NA branch are also fielded in this capacity.

During his tenure at Parabal, Tyler progressed from a part-time intern into the principal consultant and technical resource. Parabal - an enterprise mobility consulting firm provided value as vendor-neutral advisor that provided expertise with partners to customers. Parabal’s neutrality promoted a broad technical proficiency across the mobile space to service projects involving pilots, deployments, training, and support. Parabal focused on industry leading EMM vendors such including: VMWare, MobileIron, IBM, Google and Microsoft InTune. Tyler also led fellow engineers and interns via technical and soft skills tutoring on customer engagements. During larger engagements, Tyler also engaged in a project management capacity for the team Tyler also provided support for both pre-& post-sales scenarios. This entailed establishing demos and pilots, and providing technical input for successful RFP’s, SOW’s, and deliverables for company contracts.Initial responsibilities began with training in which Tyler became Parabal’s lead instructor. Training curriculum included: EMM training, and CMDSP (Certified Mobile Device Security Professional. Both of which would eventually become accredited training courses for both EMM Vendor(s), and CMDSP.
