Oversees and manages a $31.5 million flying hour program to meet unit's fiscal budget against USAF and AFRC policy and regulations. Coordinates on and off-station operational and flying training in CONUS and OCONUS military and civilian airfields, ensuring proper diplomatic clearances into foreign countries and prior permission request numbers are approved. Coordinates logistical plans for aircrew and ground personnel for on- and off-station training and operational flying missions (i.e. hotel/on base accommodations, transportation, meal accommodations, unilateral and bilateral flying training requirements, diplomatic clearances, customs, and mission management). Possesses the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a medium- to high-stress environment. Specializes in precision airdrops for aerial resupply at any time, day or night, and location. Operates as aircraft defensive systems operator, ensuring optimal positioning and configurations to defeat enemy threats. Conducts route planning and employs the latest navigational software application, enhancing wartime capabilities. Participated in Exercise BALIKATAN 24, hauling over 32,000 pounds of cargo over 79.1 total hours flown and led several Subject Matter Expert exchanges, enhancing the abilities of a critical partner nation.

Coordinated with the squadron operations officer (DO), weapons officer, training officer, aviation resource management (ARM) personnel, and unit mobility to build long range schedules that ensure mission qualifications, upgrades, continuation training, exercises, and test requirements are met to fulfill required operations personnel currency and progression standards in accordance with the operation officers priorities and Air Force regulations. Complied with locally developed guidance from the operations group, operations officer, and unit chief of scheduling when building the schedule. Populated and published unit schedules via Patriot Excalibur (PEX), ProFlyt, and future government-mandated equivalent systems, to include long- and short-range ground, academic, flying/terminal control, and simulator training event schedules. Tracked operations personnel availability (i.e. leave, temporary duty, annual training, scheduled medical appointments, or other scheduling commitments). Deconflicted operations personnel schedules and work with squadron leadership to ensure operations personnel are available to meet assigned tasks. Performed daily updates of scheduling data to reflect schedule/training changes and/or completion. Facilitated last-minute schedule changes to ensure full mission coverage by coordinating with the on-duty operations supervisor. Assisted in determining ground, flight/terminal control, and simulator schedule requirements for initial qualification, mission qualification, upgrades, continuation training, and currencies based on syllabus requirements, student progression, aircraft/equipment availability, airspace/range availability, and weather.
