  I started this job as a sales assistant through out college and once I turned 18 and was allowed to become a key holder and part of the management team I did. Then after another 1 1/2 years i was promoted further into the supervisor position. This job has given me the opportunity to develop my skills like my confidence, team working skills, communication and patience, What this job requires me to do is to help my other colleagues to run the store and this overall consists of the standard serving customers, cleaning, putting away delivery but more importantly make sure everything is does within the time frame, help with any 'difficult' customers, and deal with any other issues that may occur.
