I've been an award-winning, top producer as both an account manager and account executive, transitioning from there to people leader the last 5+ years where I've been recognized for taking teams from $0 to multi-million dollar run rates. WHAT’S MY WHY? Purpose and impact. I want to go above and beyond the scope of my role to leave an imprint on my team, my organization, and the company through bottom-line and structural results.PROBLEM SOLVING EXAMPLE PROBLEM: At BUNGALOW I was brought in with turnover at its highest given no previous middle management leadership for the "Supply" team, no sales process or enablement to identify and improve gaps, and regular quarterly revenue misses.SOLUTION: First, I tackled morale. I met with tenured team members to understand their struggles, and gave each a day off. I also created a "kudos" section of our org's Coda page for team members to acknowledge others. Second, I observed a top-performer and molded a sales process from their behaviors including KPIs/metrics I identified to be true performance drivers, all the while creating a sales playbook of resources and enablement. Next, I observed other team members through the lens of that process to expose and coach to gaps. As performance team-wide improved, I rewarded the positive behavior of the team with commission accelerators/spiffs where I could. RESULT: Not only did the team see immediate increase in productivity (e.g. top-funnel calls and presentations) but down-funnel there was a 150% increase in sales from the previous quarter. Ultimately, we reduced CAC by 30% YOY when we went to 0 turnover after 8 months, but also saw increase in AMSO, ARR, and subscriptions.Overall, I'm passionate about leading business-altering, strategic change from concept through implementation- I excel in fixing broken functions and teams.
