As an Enterprise DevOps Evangelist Manager, I play a key role in transforming Midmark into a high-performing software delivery organization. I am responsible for promoting DevOps best practices across the enterprise, providing technical guidance to development teams, managers, and product owners to improve teams’ agility, delivery speed and quality and driving cultural change towards a DevOps mindset. By conducting training and working alongside development teams as a hands-on mentor, coach, and advocate for continuous integration and continuous delivery, I increase productivity, efficiency, and quality, enabling our organization to deliver value to our customers faster and more reliably.

- Integrated Agile, PLM and Oracle EBS to automatically transfer engineering changes in order to reduce lead time and manual labor transferring data- Automated testing of Oracle Configurator configurations through Robot Framework to provide requirement and regression testing- Created python library for testing and test data creation in Oracle EBS through PL/SQL APIs - Developed an automated solution for deploying Oracle EBS custom patches from git through Oracle Enterprise Manager- Defined System Testing and User Acceptance Testing plans and led teams in their execution to integrate the Kansas City location into our existing Oracle EBS ERP system, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with company standards
