Student in the September 2023 Java Full-Stack Software Development program. The following are projects the projects that I have worked and/or am currently working on:- Digital Vending Machine: Collaborated with a team of three developers to create a Java-based object-oriented vending machine application using IntelliJ. The application reads inventory data from a file, manages stock, and allows users to make purchases. It provides interactive prompts, plays sounds for item purchases, and alerts users when they receive change.- Tenmo Transaction App: Worked in a team with three other developers to create a money transfer application. The program allows users to register, log in, view account details, and transfer/request money from others. Data is fetched from a PostgreSQL database using REST API and SpringBoot architecture.- Text-Based Adventure Game "Candelabra": In active development, and will feature combat, dialogue, and mystery- Recipe to Grocery List Program: In active development, and will feature exportation of ingredients to a grocery list, options to randomize meals, ability to take in websites and pull relevant ingredient and cooking instructions for exporting

During my time at Miami County Public Health I achieved the following:- Attained regulatory compliance at a country club pool by problem-solving disinfection system issues with the disinfection system and collaborating with facility and operations groups.- Collaborated with food facilities that had large amounts of critical violations and gained the respect and adherence of facility owners resulting in long-term compliance with regulations.- Developed an automatically updating spreadsheet as part of an ongoing continuous improvement project.- Acted as a mediator between facility owners/leadership and environmental supervisor to ensure facility compliance was met, and facility financial hardship was minimized.

While working for Marathon Petroleum Company, I achieved the following:- Collaborated with Tourmaline Labs to develop an application to track driving safety for employees in the Marketing Organization. The application development was discontinued due to the financial impacts of COVID-19.- Rewrote all marketing corporate safety standards and standard operating procedures to ensure procedures were updated and relevant to current business needs.- Smith System Safe Driver certified and hosted two “Safe Driving Rodeo” events which collaborated with local law enforcement to teach effective safe driving in high-speed situations.- Coordinated within the Marketing Organization to ensure operational safety by planning shipping, delivery, and maintenance of safety equipment.

While working for Speedway LLC, I achieved the following:- Championed environmental compliance of 750 stations resulting in pristine regulatory relationship with the company, and cost savings for reduction in violations.- Collaborated with Speedway drinking water contractor to identify process streamlining which saved $30,000.00 per year in operational costs after determining a remote monitoring system could be leveraged while still maintaining regulatory compliance.- Sought continuous improvement of existing compliance systems in the Environmental Organization. This was accomplished through developing better tracking methods via excel, discussing new modules that would be desirable in the Speedway Compliance System (Speedway-IDS), and continuing education in trainings offered by Speedway LLC.

- Collected stormwater samples from outfall locations across the county for bacteriological analysis.- Conducted a research project and created a handout relating to Food Based Bioterrorism, and what to watch out for.

Filled orders at the Do It Best Shipping Warehouse to be delivered to hardware stores across the country. Drove an electric cart towing machine (Tugger) and pick the items for orders, and used an automated voice unit (Jennifer) to key in "picked" items and maintain proper facility inventory.
