During my internship with KTAR, I was hired as a part-time anchor. Currently, I am the Sunday morning News anchor. In addition to anchoring, I am also a Desk Editor and a General Assignment Reporter other days of the week.

During this internship I was able to write VoiceOvers and field produce stories for air. I Produced and fronted several mock newscasts. I learned how to direct and technical direct using the Ignite system. I learned WSI’s Max Weather system for making and presenting weather graphics. I spent time with Reporters, Videographers, Producers, Directors, Technical Directors, Meteorologists, Editors, and Management.

Technical support for iOS devices

Worked with AIA365.com and the Arizona Interscholastic Association to help produce live streams of high school football to the web. Responsibilities included helping with set up and tear down, running a camera, and operating the replay board.
