Assist in the management of a single software system integration project to include overall success of an implementation from inception to installation, including managing project scope, design, deliverables, issue escalation and resolution. Work closely with cross function teams including sales, R&D, product development and related. Ensure the development of professional client relationships, client satisfaction, and referencability. Manage means by which to quantify metrics for success at go-live and thereafter. Identify critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and drive issues to closure. Develop internal guidelines and create/implement best practices. Manage the technical aspects of enterprise level software implementations with the assistance of project technical resources. Contribute to the continuous development of Manhattan Associates’ software implementation methodology. Ensure the project team: proactively identifies and troubleshoots critical issues, maintains and prioritizes project issue lists, suggests solutions, and escalates when appropriate.

Senior point of contact throughout the implementation of multiple supply chain solution software packages (Manhattan SCALE, Billing Management, IBM Cognos, Labor Management, UPS Connectship). Provided senior level design for client specific enhancements, proactively troubleshot and resolved issues that arose during the implementation, and maintained the project issues list. Worked with customers to test and implement interfaces between MA products or external systems and worked directly with the customer project team during configuration, testing, training, and implementation.
