I am the Vice President and co-owner of Component Products Corporation (CPC), an aerospace manufacturing company. I started as a machine operator/assembly technician in 2011 and was promoted to Quality Manager in 2016.As Quality Manager, I redesigned our company's Quality Management System (QMS) and led our team through several successful audits. Through that experience I learned the value of standardized processes, continuous improvement, and maintaining a healthy company culture. I also developed skills in planning and implementing systemic changes.I now serve as the Vice President of CPC. My duties consist primarily of planning and executing our business strategy and providing frontline support to our organization whenever and wherever it is needed.
