• Troubleshoot and identify simple to advanced networking and VoIP/SIP issues on customer networks with limited information and tools; Ensuring any issue presented is resolved or an action plan is put in place.• Utilize various network tools such as VoIP monitor and Wireshark to diagnose various network/voip phone issues on Yealink, Polycom and Cisco products, as well as voip soft phones like Zoiper, Bria, etc. Also coordinate with client-side IT vendors, various ISPs, and telecom carriers to resolve client issues ranging from wireless connectivity to advanced network configuration concerns.• Configure QOS (Quality of Service) on Mikrotik RB750, RB2011, RB3011 (as well as Cisco Networking equipment) in accordance with client's pre- existing LAN structure. In addition to this, I commonly configure automated ISP failover scripts, policy- based routing, VLANs, firewall rules and custom NAT rules based on client needs.• Configure cloud-hosted PBX platform settings, including custom call routing, setup of auto-attendant/ IVRs, dial translations and extended customization of VoIP phones.
