In addition to this, I commonly configure automated ISP failover scripts, policy- based routing, VLANs, firewall rules and custom NAT rules based on client needs.• Configure cloud-hosted PBX platform settings, including custom call routing, setup of auto-attendant/ IVRs, dial translations and extended customization of VoIP phones.
